防護區是氣體滅火系統的核心保護單元,其劃分合理性、參數設計精準度直接決定滅火效果,是系統設計階段的核心重難點。大量工程驗收及故障案例表明,多數氣體滅火系統噴射不均、滅火失效、泄壓超標問題,均源于防護區劃分不規范、容積核算偏差、圍護結構參數不達標。結合GB50370規范及現場工程實操經驗,系統拆解防護區劃分標準、核心參數計算、圍護結構技術要求,為工程設計、改造驗收提供標準化技術依據。
防護區劃分需嚴格遵循封閉性、獨立性原則,規范明確基礎劃分規則:防護區宜以單個獨立封閉空間為單元,同一區間的吊頂層、地板下空間需同步保護時,可合并為一個防護區,嚴禁跨防火分區隨意合并劃分。針對不同系統類型,防護區容積、面積存在硬性限值,管網式氣體滅火系統單防護區面積不宜大于800㎡,容積不宜大于3600m3;預制柜式系統防護區容積不得超過160m3,超出限值必須分區增設系統,避免滅火劑輸送距離過長、濃度衰減超標導致滅火失敗。同時,樓梯間、走道、敞開式隔斷空間不得單獨作為防護區,無法保證封閉性的區域需提前優化圍護結構。
防護區核心設計參數包含容積、高度、泄壓面積、耐火完整性四大關鍵指標,每一項均需精準核算。防護區高度方面,規范限定氣體滅火系統防護區層高不宜大于6m,超高空間會導致滅火劑分層擴散、下部濃度不足,無法滿足全淹沒滅火要求,超高場景需增設分層導流裝置或拆分防護區。容積計算需嚴格按照圍護結構實際凈尺寸核算,扣除固定大型設備占位體積,杜絕估算取值,避免滅火劑充裝量不足或過量浪費。
泄壓設計是極易被忽視的核心技術點,氣體滅火劑快速噴射時,防護區內氣壓會瞬間飆升,若泄壓不暢會導致門窗破損、墻體開裂,引發滅火劑泄漏、滅火失效。所有封閉防護區必須設置專用泄壓口,泄壓口需布置在防護區凈高2/3以上位置,避開設備及人員通道。泄壓面積需根據防護區容積、系統噴射流量精準計算,七氟丙烷、IG-541系統泄壓參數需匹配對應介質壓力特性,嚴禁采用普通通風口替代專用泄壓裝置。同時,防護區圍護結構、門窗、吊頂的耐火極限與承壓能力需達標,圍護結構耐火極限不低于0.5h,門窗具備足夠抗風壓能力,防止噴射過程中結構破損。
此外,防護區安全配套設計需同步合規,每個防護區出入口必須設置聲光報警裝置、氣體釋放指示燈、緊急啟停按鈕,內部設置應急照明與疏散指示標識。封閉防護區需設置手動排風裝置,滅火結束后需強制通風換氣,驅散殘留滅火介質及有害分解氣體。對于存在爆炸風險的防護區,需額外核算惰化濃度,確保滅火劑充裝量滿足防爆抑爆要求。嚴格把控防護區設計全流程參數,是保障氣體滅火系統實現全淹沒滅火、杜絕運行隱患的基礎前提。
